We specialize in helping our clients buy and sell homes on Orcas Island.  There are six "cities" on Orcas Island, each with it's own personally and charm. 

• Eastsound

Eastsound is the main town on Orcas Island.  It is located right in the center of the island where the west side meets the east.  Most of the amenities and services on the island are located here.

• Westsound

Westsound is located, you guessed it, on the west side of Orcas Island.  It is home to the Westsound Marina, the Orcas Island Yacht Club, and the Kingfisher Bed and Breakfast.  There is no town here to speak of, but it is known as a very desirable part of the island to live in.

• Orcas

Orcas is home to the ferry landing.  Most people coming and going from Orcas Island either experience it first in Orcas, or last.  There are several restaurants and shops situated around the historical landmark, the Orcas Hotel.  As with all places on Orcas Island, the actual town has more than its share of natural beauty.

• Deer Harbor

Deer Harbor is on the extreme west end of the west side of the island.  It is home to the Deer Harbor Resort, as well as the Deer Harbor Marina.  There is a small town based around the resort.

• Olga

Olga is located on the east side of the island and technically encompasses most of the southern part of the east side.  As far as a town goes, there is a small town area with a historic store named...the Olga Store.  Don't even think of visiting Olga without seeing the Olga Artworks, a local art collective located in a beautiful antique strawberry warehouse.

• Doe Bay

Doe Bay is located on the far east end of the east side of Orcas.  It is home to the Doe Bay Resort.
