Licensed in real estate since 2000, Sean is a second generation Realtor who was lucky enough to grow up on Orcas Island, moving up to the island from Seattle in 1992.

College life at the University of Washington, and his initial career in real estate took him off of Orcas for a few years, and he later reconnected with and married long time friend Steffanee (Sapp) Roach, who had also grown up on Orcas Island.

Knowing there was no other place on earth they would rather raise a family, Sean and Steffanee returned to the island and are now rearing their four children in this wonderful environment.

Sean has experience with property development, site preparation, home construction, and perhaps most importantly, transitioning to the island lifestyle from off-island.  An expert negotiator, he will find you the property that you want for the best possible price.
